Clinton Hayter
Managing Director
LC Cranes and Logistics is owned and actively operated by Clinton Hayter.
Clintons has strong family ties to the Njamal country, which lies east of South Hedland out past Marble Bar to the desert. Clintons great grandmother Daisy (Minbaring) was born on Corunna Downs Station near Marble Bar and his grandmother Elsie Jean Walker (Tablet) who was born in Marble Bar.
Clinton has over 12 years experience in the crane industry, having worked on shutdowns. construction, maintenance, general hire ports, rails, oil and gas and taxi hire.
He has worked in the crane hire industry for many years.
Clinton has worked with Brambles and Boom Logistics, and F&G Cranes across a wide range of minesites in the Pilbara and is inducted to FMG, RTIO, BHPBIO, Roy Hill among other sites.
His experience includes:
• Heavy Lift Crew with experience in dual and triple crane lifts, operating cranes from Frannas to 450t Grove.
• Overseeing workgroups, delegation of work and ensuring applicable procedures are followed.
• Scoping and prepping scheduled jobs for shut down and maintenance requirements.
• Independently travelling and working at remote mine sites throughout the Pilbara with high levels of customer satisfaction
• Training new operators and upskilling existing operators on the larger cranes
Clinton has personally operated a wide range of cranes, including
• Liebherr 30t, 60t, 90t, 100t, 120t, 130t, 160t, 200t, 250t, 400t
• Grove 100t, 130t, 170t, 220t, 250t, 300t, 450t

He is well experienced in managing and operating a wide range of cranes in different environments and applications.

General manager
Lizzy Walker is the General Manager, providing administrative and financial support to the team. Lizzy is a long term Pilbara resident who understands the region and the lifting and craning industry.
